We offer drop off and on-site buffet stylecatering in Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts.

If you are outside of this area, please reach out, as we may be able to accommodate.

For drop off catering, we provide craft barbecue and sides served in aluminum trays for buffet style service, our signature honey bourbon barbecue sauce, and homemade pickles and pickled red onions.

We can also include (at cost): plates, napkins, serving utensils, tray holders, and Sterno burners to keep food warm.

On-site catering includes all food and sides served buffet style out of steam tables on covered tables. Plates, napkins, serving utensils are all included.

If you require wait staff (full service catering), we may be able to accommodate with the appropriate lead time - at least a month in advance notice.

For drop off service, we ask for a week’s advance.

For on-site service, we typically ask for a month’s notice.

However, we are often able to accommodate shorter deadlines, please reach out ASAP.

There is a 75 person minimum for full service catering.

No, we do not charge a delivery fee. However, we do add 10% gratuity for drop off orders.

10% will be added for drop off orders and 18% for on-site catering.

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date for both drop off and on-site catering.

Absolutely. We specialize in southern and southwestern style cooking, but are more than comfortable cooking pretty much anything.
